One of my friends from high school is coming to Toronto with her husband in two weeks. In celebration, I thought I'd post this picture of us wearing giant sombreros and carrying sparklers.
I don't know why we're standing on the table.
So don't even bother asking.

I'm going to guess that you were at the Lonestar on Baseline at Fisher, and it was your birthday, and everyone was singing to you. I was there for someone's birthday once, and witnessed exactly the same scene, but without the sparklers. :)
I think you're probably right! I don't remember anything about the meal except the sparklers and sombreros... I don't even know if it was my birthday or hers! How's that for old timer memory?
Isn't that one of the benefits of being 30? We can say "Oh, I don't have time to remember silly details: I'm too busy being 30 and super-important!" Right? We became super-important on our birthdays, didn't we?
